Fynex collects minimal logs to maintain moderation, audit features, and AI moderation tokens. No personal messages are stored.

2. Storage & Retention

Logs are stored temporarily and auto-deleted after a set period. Premium usage data for AI moderation is kept only for the current month’s quota.

3. Data Usage

Data is used solely for bot moderation, security enforcement, and AI detection. We do not share logs or information with third parties.

4. Security

All logs and bot data are stored securely in cloud hosting. Only authorized bot processes can access them.

5. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Users are encouraged to check periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
