By using Fynex Security Bot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. Free & Premium Features

The bot offers free features for all users and premium features at $2.99/month. Premium features include AI moderation, advanced security, and fast setup.

3. User Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for managing bot permissions. The bot may automatically block content or actions that violate server rules or detected as scams.

4. AI Moderation

AI moderation has a limit of 1,000,000 tokens per server per month for premium users. AI may occasionally block normal words.

5. Liability

Fynex is provided "as-is." The developers are not responsible for server losses, data issues, or AI misbehaviors. Use at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Minimal logs are stored only for moderation and audit purposes and are auto-deleted after a set period. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
